Can I join the team as a Hostess or Steward?
What are the requirements?
To join our team at Hostess World by Verbavox, you must be of legal age and demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, helpfulness, courtesy and a positive, friendly attitude. It is not essential to have previous experience in the industry or to possess a model-like appearance: there are opportunities for everyone, with a variety of roles and for different profiles.
What is the cost to register?
Access to the site and use of its services are completely free for hostesses, stewards, models, promoters, and others. There is no cost involved in registering, creating a profile, sending applications, and accepting job offers, but they require a serious and professional approach.
How to work with Hostess World by Verbavox?
To work with us, start by registering on the site, selecting the category that best fits your profile, and completing a few simple steps, including adding at least 5 recent photographs. By accessing the "Jobs" section, you will be able to apply for positions that interest you and await selection.
My email comes up as already registered, how to proceed?
If the system states that your e-mail is already in use, it means that you had started preregistration. To continue, log in with that e-mail and the password you previously entered.
I forgot my password, how to retrieve it?
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot Password?" during login and follow the instructions to reset it.
How do I get informed about new job opportunities?
To stay up to date on new job openings, visit our 'Jobs' Page regularly, login to your account and apply by clicking on the button 'Apply' in each job ad.
I received an invitation to apply, how does it work?
Invitations to apply are another way to get jobs through Hostess World by Verbavox, thanks to direct selection by our accounts. Receiving an invitation increases your chances of being chosen, but does not guarantee that you will be awarded the job. Remember that every working relationship is established directly with our agency.
Can I withdraw my application?
You can withdraw your application until you have been confirmed for a job. If for any reason you can no longer participate, it is important that you cancel your application to avoid penalty. After you have been confirmed, you are required to participate in the job as indicated.
How are confirmation times for a job handled?
Confirmation times vary by individual announcement. Some jobs require early selection, while others may be selected closer to the event date. You can always withdraw your application if you have not yet been confirmed.
Are expense reimbursements provided?
Expense reimbursements are provided only if specified in the job announcement. It is important to assess the convenience of the job based on your logistical situation and withdraw your application early if you have not yet been confirmed and time becomes too tight to arrange.
Is it possible to apply for only part of a multi-day job?
Unless otherwise stated in the announcement, it is not possible to apply for part of a job that spans several days.
What are the timing and method of payment?
Payments are made by bank transfer or via PayPal according to fixed deadlines based on the date of completion of the job. If you have a VAT number, please mention this information in your profile and point it out when you are contacted by our staff.
Who can see my profile?
Your profile becomes visible online once you complete registration and accept the terms of use. We guarantee the privacy and protection of personal data of all members.
I always get rejections to my applications, how to improve?
Don't be discouraged if you don't get confirmations right away. A well-maintained and complete profile can increase your chances. Keep applying and show your professionalism.
