Hostess World
Hostess World is the event department of Verbavox di Ilaria Menchini, a translation and interpreting agency for trade fairs, event hostesses and other multilingual staff.
Founded by an interpreter with proven experience working and living abroad, especially in France, Italy and Germany, Verbavox has been operating in the European business events market for more than 10 years.

Our approach
The entire staff is personally tested by Verbavox's owner, Ilaria Menchini, an interpreter who graduated from SSLMIT in Forlì, ISIT and Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris, and SSIT in Pescara and who has over 800 events personally attended under her belt.
The staff is linguistically-interculturally tested, trained in business dynamics and the specifics of the individual company to ensure maximum preparation.

Contract
signature
For acceptance, both contract and estimate should be signed and returned along with the payment slip.

Following a casting, Verbavox will send the client the talents available for the event.

Ninety percent of our event hostesses and trade show interpreters have studied at top European faculties of Language Mediation, Translation and Interpreting. Whether welcoming clients as hostesses or assisting you during business negotiations as interpreters, the language communication will be clear and pleasant.
All staff receive a briefing from the agency prior to the event with client information and a short business training session to be completed.
